With a background in lettings and managing HMOs we have the knowledge on tenant law, providing notice and also how to respect the tenants in the property.

The last thing we want is to displace and disrupt tenants, so this way keeps everything discreet with minimal disruption to existing tenants (sometimes they won't even know a sale has happened until completion when they would be notified of the new owner.)
